How much does LaborWise cost?
Small locals can use it free: 1 user and up to 100 members. Starter is $67 a month and Pro is $97 a month, or about 20% less when you pay yearly. Councils and multi-local organizations get a Custom plan. See pricing.
Do we need a credit card?
No. Every new union gets 30 days of Pro free with no card. Paid plans are invoiced, and you can pay by check or online.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your union moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Your data is always kept.
Can we bring over our member spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload your roster as an Excel or CSV file. LaborWise matches the columns, flags bad data and skips duplicates. You can start from our member roster template.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. LaborWise works in any phone browser and can be installed to the home screen like an app, with push reminders for deadlines and tasks. There's nothing to download from an app store.
Is our members' information safe?
Each union's data is kept separate from every other union's, access is based on roles, connections are encrypted, and everything is backed up nightly to separate storage. More about security.
Who can see what?
Admins manage the workspace, users and settings. Representatives handle their members and cases. Members in your roster don't have accounts and don't need them.
